Convene Willis Tower

Convene Willis Tower offers event and meeting space on the third floor of the Willis Tower in Chicago's Loop. Its 11 rooms range from boardrooms and studios for smaller gatherings to expansive spaces for large conferences, summits, galas, town halls, trade shows and product launches. Organisers can book individual rooms or enquire about using the full floor, which spans 90,000 square feet and can host up to 1,945 people in a full buyout setup.

The venue's largest rooms can be arranged for different event formats, including theatre-style presentations, classroom sessions, receptions and seated meals. Smaller rooms provide options for breakout discussions, workshops and board meetings. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring in natural light, while five private outdoor terraces offer guests space to step outside. The flexible interior also gives organisers room to incorporate event branding.

Planning support is available alongside the space. Convene provides in-house catering with menus that can be tailored to an event, as well as audiovisual technology in the rooms and an on-site team to support its use. Dedicated hospitality resources help with guest service during the event. The location is close to public transport, including nearby rail stations, and paid parking is available in the area.

With a range of room sizes and layouts under one roof, Convene Willis Tower can accommodate events that need a substantial main gathering space as well as smaller rooms for parallel sessions. Organisers can review room details and floor plans, take a virtual tour, or contact the venue to discuss their requirements and arrange a visit.
