The Maashaven in Rotterdam has traditionally been a port for grain transhipment. The Maassilo was built in 1910 to store the grain. Huge and impressive on the outside. Inside it is still recognizable as a grain silo, but has been completely renovated and equipped as an events location with all conceivable facilities. The Maassilo has a full night permit and can be rented exclusively on all days of the week for business events, dance events, school parties, fashion shows, sports competitions, concerts, etc.

There are twelve rooms that can be rented separately or in combination. Suitable from 50 to 4,000 people.

The Now&Wow is located at a height of 40 meters on the 10th floor with three different rooms: the main room is suitable for approximately 1000 people and the two smaller side arms for 100-400 people with a unique view over the Rotterdam skyline.

The four rooms on the ground floor and basement of the Maassilo have a (joint) capacity of approximately 50 to 4,000 people. This special industrial location provides a unique backdrop for every conceivable event: from a leading dance event or concert to a plenary session, conference or an impressive dinner show.

Most rooms have several fully equipped bars. We have no exclusivity agreements with caterers. This means that we can consult with you to approach the caterer that best suits your wishes and event. Whether it concerns an exclusive four-course dinner from a top chef, a varied buffet or a simple snack with drinks.

In addition, the Maassilo has all conceivable facilities: extensive lighting design (with moving and theater light), sound system, projection options (LED screens, slide projectors), spacious locker and cloakroom areas and toilet units, various stages, power current, dressing rooms, possibilities for workshop spaces, etc.
