Name stickers
I ordered name stickers that were supposed to have a specific metallic color. They were delivered quickly, but the color is completely wrong. Instead of metallic (shiny), I received dull matte stickers. The color shouldn't be labeled as metallic at all, because this is simply misleading. If you look up metallic anywhere, it says foil printing, shiny... there is nothing about this in their description either.
Their website advertises a 100% satisfaction guarantee and guarantees that they will try to find a solution, but nothing could be further from the truth. I sent them an email to explain the situation, but I simply received almost the literal response: find another store.
Very disappointing response, zero customer service, pure deception, and a very expensive joke. I will never buy here again.

Ik had naamstickers besteld die een specifieke metallic kleur moesten hebben. Snel geleverd, maar de kleur is helemaal foutief. Ipv metallic (blinkend) kreeg ik doffe matte stickers. De kleur zou helemaal niet als metallic mogen gebruikt worden, want dit is gewoon misleidend. Als je metallic eender waar opzoekt is dit foliedruk, blinkend,… er staat in hun beschrijving hier ook niets over in.
Hun website afficheert 100% tevredenheidsgarantie en garandeert dat er trachten naar een oplossing te zoeken, maat niks is minder waar. Ik heb hen een mail gestuurd om de situatie toe te lichten maar ik krijg gewoon bijna letterlijk de reactie: zoek een andere winkel.
Zeer jammere reactie, 0,0 klantenservice, pure misleiding en zeer dure grap. Ik koop hier nooit meer.
