Tent-Events is a young and dynamic company that enters the events market with great enthusiasm and ambition.
We want to profile ourselves in the following markets:
- Party tents (Sailcloth tents, Stretch tents, Star tents, Pagoda tents, ..);
- Stage trucks + stage construction using scaffolding materials;
- Sleeping tents (patrol tents (4-8 persons), Senior tents (4-8 persons), Triganooten tents (16-20 persons);
- Rental of party materials;
In addition to renting out these quality materials, we have also surrounded ourselves with various partners.
We have partners for the rental of:
- herringbone fences;
- Lighting and sound installations;
- Trendy furniture/decoration;
- Rental of plants;
- Catering.
In the future we would like to expand our list of partners.
This is so that we can save our customers the research work. So that we can offer them an all-in-one service.
Our objective is as follows: Renting out quality tents and materials for every type of event and this at the right price!
We mainly focus on small festivals, weddings, neighborhood parties, receptions, family parties.

Sailcloth tent garden party
Rented a sailcloth tent for a garden party. Very beautiful result. Very smooth communication, as well as professional setup and dismantling of the tent before and after the party.

Baby shower
For our daughter's baby shower, we chose a tent from Tent Event. Super satisfied with the arrangement and everything went smoothly as agreed. Definitely recommended! We were over the moon, the tent was a real gem 😍

Great collaboration with Tent Events!
We organized a festival in honor of our café's 10th anniversary. It was our first collaboration with Tent Events, but certainly not the last. The very wide range of products and smooth communication made organizing our festival much easier; competitive and fair prices, plus a good team that delivered and picked up everything on time, also provided the necessary peace of mind. Great tent and super service!
We rented a tent for our daughter's birthday, and everything was perfectly arranged! The tent looked beautiful, was delivered on time, and professionally assembled. Communication with the rental company was friendly and clear, and the price was very reasonable. Thanks to them, the party was extra special. Absolutely recommended!

Top service, flexible and friendly people!
For our daughter's benefit, we were looking for a tent to shelter us from the rain. We chose a 6x6 meter pagoda tent, along with tables and chairs. The tent was set up in no time, and communication was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Moreover, the people are incredibly friendly and helpful.
The tent ultimately proved more than welcome, as it had been raining all day. It was securely anchored and offered perfect protection. When unforeseen circumstances forced the tent to be taken down earlier than planned, a single phone call was all it took — a few hours later, they were on-site to take everything down properly.
In short: perfect communication, smooth service, flexible and very friendly people.

Round sailcloth for ceremony
We had a great experience with Tent-Events. We were looking for a tent for our wedding ceremony at the very last minute due to poor weather forecasts. They helped us very quickly and efficiently! Communication was very smooth, they were easy to reach when needed, and the tent was exactly what we needed!

2021 didn't just bring us a very special year! It not only brought us a new corona epidemic, it also brought us new lock downs, it brought us further into the beginning of the roaring twenties..
But it also brought us a new Certificate of excellence! This is our 3rd time in 3 years!

Wedding Garden Party 09/26
The 8.5x10m stretch tent not only looked beautiful in our garden, but it completed the overall experience of our wedding day! Together with 10 wine barrels and the string lights, we enjoyed the perfect atmosphere and setting with about 100 guests. Both the preparations and the dismantling went very smoothly. Jonas and his team are very friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

De stretchtent van 8,5x10m oogde niet alleen mooi in onze tuin, maar maakte de totaalbeleving van onze trouwdag mee af! Samen met 10 wijnvaten en de lichtjesslingers genoten we met een 100-tal personen van de perfecte sfeer en setting. De voorbereidingen als de afbraak verliepen zeer vlot. Jonas en zijn team zijn erg vriendelijk, behulpzaam en correct. Een aanrader!
