We have been collaborating with HEC Liège and Kloster Heibdberg for many years, primarily as part of the Open Borders MBA program. Each year, we organize around ten seminar weekends there, during which we stay on site, take advantage of the meeting rooms, and enjoy coffee breaks. Everything always goes perfectly: the welcome is warm, the staff helpful and attentive, and the quality of service impeccable. It's a real pleasure to work with them!

A fantastic cycling weekend at Hotel Heidberg (monastery)!
With our cycling club Velodammen we had a fantastic weekend on 9-10-11 May 2025 at Hotel Heidberg (monastery) in Eupen.
We felt welcome from the very first moment. The hotel is housed in a beautiful old monastery, centrally located in the heart of Eupen. The Drielandenpunt (Three-Country Point) is a perfect base for cycling enthusiasts who enjoy challenging rides with some elevation gain and cozy terraces afterward.
The buffet and breakfast were excellent and gave us the energy we needed to start or end the day well. There was secure bicycle storage, which was a real relief for us.
A great added value was the cozy basement space we were allowed to use for our club activities. It was ideal for chatting about rides, organizing a quiz, or simply relaxing in a private setting.
Highly recommended for any cycling club or athletic group! Everything was perfectly organized – we'll definitely be back!

Do you attach great importance to an environment that provides inspiration? Then consciously choose the location of the hotel in which you organise your business meeting. This can be a boutique hotel, a historic castle, an architectural pearl located in the centre of the city or trendy neighbourhood or just a rural hotel in the wild. There are hotels with meeting rooms near the sea or a lake.
Maybe you want to have a meeting outside? Many hotels that you can rent have a beautiful garden and/or a pleasant terrace. Allowing your meeting, event, or seminar to take place in peace is perfectly possible at many locations. If the hotel is not centrally located, arrange for communal transport or organise it so that your participants can carpool.
