From the very first contact, everything went smoothly and professionally: the team responded quickly to questions, actively contributed to the practical implementation, and consistently offered clear solutions. Their helpfulness and flexibility made the preparation process particularly enjoyable.
During the event itself, they were always on hand to help and regularly checked in to make sure everything was going well — something we really appreciated.

We recently organized a training day at Kinepolis for approximately 300 employees. First, lunch, followed by a performance in a theater. The collaboration went smoothly; I always received a quick response, and Kinepolis ensured that every request was promptly fulfilled. Everything was neatly set up upon arrival. A bit pricey, but a very nice overall concept.
