At the end of September we had a meeting with around 20 participants over 2 days. A special feature was live streaming, which was to be accompanied by a camera team. The organization of the event and the setup were excellent. Everything went smoothly, from reception to the delivery of our equipment, everything was well organized. The live stream worked great, we were perfectly staged by 2 very professional cameramen ;-) The next event is coming up in 2 weeks, which we will be holding again at Bluepoint.
Excellent support for a successful event!
Brenda, Delphine and Baptiste (and the whole gang) were a dream to work with. They handled each and all of our (many) requests with the utmost professionalism and a can-do attitude. Nothing was too difficult to accommodate or make happen and they relieved our whole team of the majority of the stress that builds up on an event like this.
The venue itself is perfect for an event because they have everything and anything you need to make it run without a hitch but it is above all the readiness to offer everything that is above and beyond normal that made working with the bluepoint team such a pleasurable experience, whether that be in the venue itself, the food, the tech support, the parking, the space available, etc etc etc. they were an excellent team!

We recently organized a seminar in Bluepoint. A site visit was scheduled in advance so that we could view all the rooms and discuss the options. Very useful. During the preparations, communication was always fast and correct. During the event, the Bluepoint team provided good support with changing the room layout, technical start-up, installing signage... so they took a lot off our hands. The catering was also very popular with our visitors. It was a smooth and pleasant collaboration.
