The countdown has begun, and this year you can celebrate Carnival at De Avenue once again. Located on the edge of Breda's city center, De Avenue is the place for true Kielegat residents to celebrate together. Carnival is all about conviviality and, of course, carnival music. From classic carnival songs to new songs that everyone will sing along to at the top of their lungs.

The Theaterzaal and Sociëteit together create a characteristic setting for carnival in Breda. Thanks to the professional lighting and sound systems, the music really shines. Get your smocks ready!

Carnival in Breda is a celebration the whole city looks forward to every year. Breda transforms into Kielegat, and everywhere you look you see colorful outfits and costumed revelers. Will you be wearing your most outrageous outfit this year, or your favorite character?

During Carnival, De Avenue organizes both its own parties and events in collaboration with the Kielegat Foundation. A varied program for all ages.
