Hotspot: The Bar
Would you like to round off the year in style with colleagues or business contacts? The Bar is the beating heart of ECC Leiden and offers a stylish, chic hotel ambience. This atmospheric space is ideal for a Christmas drinks reception with colleagues, a New Year’s gathering with business contacts or an intimate winter event for up to around 70 people. A relaxed setting where drinks, meeting and celebrating come together effortlessly.
The Vintage Greenhouse
Looking for a cosy indoor space with the feeling of being outdoors? The Greenhouse is a former greenhouse with a distinctive retro interior, lots of greenery and plenty of winter atmosphere. Think candles, fairy lights, heaters, sheepskins and warm blankets. The fireplace completes the picture. A lovely place for drinks after a meeting, an intimate Christmas drinks reception or a cosy New Year’s gathering. The Greenhouse can accommodate around 20 people. Larger groups are also possible in combination with the terrace or an adjoining space.
Pool Life
A drinks reception or event in The Pool is anything but standard. At the bottom of a former swimming pool, you can create a surprising setting for an intimate event, pool party or themed party. The unusual surroundings immediately create atmosphere and give your gathering that little bit extra. Would you like to give the space a full winter or Christmas feel? Large events
For larger business events, receptions and New Year’s gatherings for up to 1,000 people, The Hall offers all the space you need to go big. With no less than 2,700 m², its own entrance and parking spaces right outside, The Hall can be arranged entirely to suit your wishes. From atmospheric food corners and entertainment to bands, stages and complete themed sets: almost anything is possible. Thanks to the seven-metre-high acoustic walls, you’ll also benefit from an excellent sound experience. This is how you create an event that perfectly matches your organisation, guests and ambitions.
