Study day - smooth communication and everything organized down to the last detail

For our organization, we were looking for a suitable location with sufficient room capacity for 70 employees and various layouts. Through De Montil, we received a fair quotation, and all our questions were answered promptly and clearly. They also communicated smoothly with our external partner who handled the teambuilding that day. On the day itself, everything was organized down to the last detail, from indicating the rooms where our group needed to be, to the catering and the reception on the beautiful terrace, equipped with a sunshade to combat the heat. It was very hot that day, but at the last minute, they managed to provide plenty of ice cream for everyone in the afternoon. The catering, by the way, was very well presented and delicious. In short, our employees thought it was a fantastic day.

We organized our customer day at De Montil in Affligem and look back on it with a particularly good feeling.
From the first contact, everything was professional, clear, and reassuring. The communication, the tour, the preparation, and the follow-up just before the event were excellent. Quality is extremely important to us, and that is precisely why it was nice to feel that everything was followed up to the last detail.
Everything was perfect on the day itself as well: ample parking, a clear reception, a beautifully prepared hall, perfectly functioning audiovisual support, sufficient technical assistance, and a team that clearly understood our needs. The catering was well-organized, plentiful, and delicious. The breakfast, breaks, international buffet, and closing drinks were all arranged down to the last detail.
The location itself is beautiful and offers plenty of space, both indoors and outdoors. Our participants, external speakers, and keynote speaker were impressed. For us, this was a completely hassle-free experience.
When we organize a similar event again, we won't need to look any further. For us, there is only one address: De Montil in Affligem. Many thanks to the entire team for the professionalism, hospitality, and perfect organization.

For our customer day "You Make Us Move", we were looking for a location that was both professional and welcoming, and De Montil fully met those expectations.
From the initial contact to the execution on the day itself, we were excellently guided by a dedicated and experienced team. Everything was organized down to the last detail, allowing us to focus fully on our clients, partners, and guests.
The rooms were perfectly equipped, the catering was well-organized and of high quality, and the team's flexibility ensured that every aspect of the event ran smoothly. Moreover, the pleasant atmosphere of the venue provided the ideal setting for a day full of inspiration, knowledge sharing, and valuable encounters.
Our keynote with Sven Nys also came into its own perfectly, thanks to the professional support of De Montil.

VVRO Annual Congress - 7/3/2026

As a professional organization, we organize our annual congress every year. It was the first time this took place at the Montil, and we were very satisfied with it!
The communication beforehand went smoothly: we were correctly informed and helped well! What we asked for was done. They thought things through together with us.
The infrastructure is top-notch: one large hall where our exhibitors could set up and where the catering took place. The halls where the presentations were held were also well-equipped! The signage was clear too; in any case, we didn't feel like people were getting lost ;-)
On the day itself, there was also a point of contact who could accommodate last-minute questions or changes.
Catering: also top-notch! Plenty of pastries in the morning and a varied, tasty lunch!
We heard from everyone, both participants and exhibitors, that they were very satisfied!
