Looking for an inspiring meeting location in the heart of Rotterdam? The Alliance Française offers meeting rooms for rent for a few hours, half a day or a whole day, and also for longer periods. Our location is only an 8-minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station.

Location & Facilities

Our building at Westersingel 14 has eight meeting rooms of various sizes, suitable for 5 to 70 people (theatre setup). Meetings are possible between 09:00 and 17:00 (earlier or later in consultation).

All rooms are equipped with:

Screens and televisions
Free WiFi throughout the building
Large round tables or flexible arrangements with separate tables and chairs

Please note: there is no elevator. The building consists of a ground floor, three floors and a basement with a kitchen and extra meeting room.

Accessibility & Parking

Paid parking is widely available around our location.

One free parking space included.

Catering & Extras

On request, catering can be provided by our neighbours, Restaurant Hong-Kong. Options range from a buffet to a cocktail party. Own catering is of course also negotiable.
