Looking for a modern and original space for your meetings, training sessions or team moments? The VEX Liège offers a meeting room located in the heart of the city, ideal for working in a professional yet relaxed atmosphere.

The room can accommodate up to 28 people seated at tables or 40 people in a theater-style setup. It is equipped with everything you need for your presentations and discussions: Wi-Fi, screen, flip chart, and projection equipment are available upon request.

Several options are available to suit your needs. For a rental including virtual reality activities, prices start at €150 for 2 hours. If you simply want to rent the room, the price is €190 for 2 hours. You can also extend your rental at €99 per hour or opt for a half-day at €320.

For catering, several options are available to complement your meetings. Breakfast (croissant, pain au chocolat, apple or orange juice, hot beverage, and speculoos) is €13 per person. For drinks, the Soft package includes three non-alcoholic beverages for €7, the Apéro package includes one non-alcoholic and two alcoholic beverages for €10, and the all-you-can-eat option is available for €15 per person.
