Estes Conference Center

Estes Conference Center provides practical, flexible meeting space for organisers planning corporate, government and nonprofit gatherings in Durham, North Carolina. Located just off I-40, the centre offers an accessible setting for meetings, training sessions, workshops, presentations, board meetings and smaller conferences in the Triangle area.

The venue includes a sizeable conference room with podium and audiovisual technology, as well as configurable furniture for different meeting formats. Depending on the layout, the room can accommodate up to 64 guests in theatre style, or between 36 and 48 people in classroom arrangements. Custom layouts are also possible, allowing organisers to adapt the room to their agenda and audience. A separate boardroom provides a more intimate setting for up to eight people and includes a presentation screen.

Beyond the main rooms, organisers can use the atrium and lobby for registration, refreshments, presentations or informal networking. The venue also includes a prep kitchen, wellness room, private courtyard and garden spaces. Presentation screens, microphones, check-in furniture, buffet tables and other practical facilities are available as part of the rental package.

Estes Conference Center does not impose catering restrictions, giving organisers the freedom to select a caterer that suits their preferences and budget. The venue is suitable for half-day and full-day bookings, with options for additional hours and event-specific arrangements. Tours and visits are available by appointment, while the booking process allows organisers to explain their event format, guest numbers, room requirements, seating plans and audiovisual needs in advance.
