The Motorenfabrik Darmstadt offers an exceptional event location on a historic industrial site in Darmstadt-West. The distinctive industrial architecture, featuring brick, steel, concrete, exposed pipes, and high ceilings, blends history with a modern event atmosphere. This creates a versatile setting for events requiring a special ambiance and individual design options.

The centerpiece of the venue is the approximately 600-square-meter engine hall. With a ceiling height of around twelve meters, a gallery, outdoor areas, backstage rooms, and permanently installed technical equipment, it is suitable for company celebrations, conferences, product presentations, exhibitions, live events, dinners, Christmas parties, and larger gatherings. Depending on the seating arrangement, it can accommodate several hundred guests. Vehicle presentations and events with stage performances can also be held in the hall, which is accessible at ground level.

For smaller events, the approximately 200-square-meter Loft 111 is available. The space offers an open-plan design, modern furnishings, industrial details, and a prep kitchen. This makes it particularly suitable for workshops, team events, exclusive dinners, private parties, and smaller business functions. Additional spaces, such as the factory courtyard and a rooftop terrace, provide further options for outdoor events, receptions, and summer gatherings.
