Amber Lakes

Amber Lakes is a private lakeside venue in Wraysbury, offering event organisers an exclusive setting for corporate gatherings and selected private celebrations. At its heart is Amber Lodge, a Scandinavian-inspired space with wide windows overlooking the water, a bar and flexible open-plan interiors. It can host seated dinners for around 120 guests and standing receptions for up to 250, with outdoor areas available to extend the event during warmer months.

The surrounding grounds include lawns, terraces, a jetty and a pier, giving planners a choice of settings for receptions, outdoor dining and group activities. Larger events may use temporary structures to make more of the outdoor space. Conference organisers can arrange a range of room layouts, with in-house screens and sound equipment, and additional production support available through approved suppliers.

The venue is suited to away days, management gatherings, conferences, product launches, summer parties, Christmas events and private celebrations. Activities can form part of the occasion, with options such as fishing, sailing and boating on the lakes. An electric boat and captain are included with event-space hire. Amber Lakes operates on a dry-hire basis, so organisers can shape their event with the venue’s approved caterers and other suppliers, covering services such as food, drinks, AV, furniture and entertainment. The events team can help connect organisers with those suppliers and discuss practical arrangements for a site visit. The setting combines indoor event space with extensive outdoor scenery, while remaining within reach of Windsor, Heathrow and London.
