Louwman's Toyota World in Raamsdonksveer is a unique location for business meetings and events. Organizers can choose from various spaces for meetings, conferences, seminars, workshops, presentations, drinks receptions, and staff parties, among others. The striking dome and the collection of Toyotas and other cars give the location a recognizable automotive atmosphere. During a meeting, guests can view the collection, optionally with a guided tour.

For larger programs, there is an auditorium with seating for up to 400 people. It is equipped for plenary sessions, conferences, seminars, and performances, with a stage, projector, lighting, and sound. The adjacent Plaza offers space for reception and a cloakroom. There are also smaller rooms, including a cinema room for up to 80 people. This space can be flexibly arranged for presentations or workshops and features a Full HD projector and a professional sound system.

For informal gatherings, the venue offers, among other things, a terrace for approximately 60 guests and an Irish-style pub for groups of up to about 20 people. The larger EVN Louwman Plein is suitable for drinks receptions, dinners, staff parties, and small trade fairs for up to 450 guests. This allows various program elements to be combined at a single location, from the reception and substantive program to a closing drinks reception. Ample parking is available. The location is particularly well-suited for organizers wishing to combine a business meeting or corporate event with a unique collection, an inspiring environment, and opportunities to learn about Toyota and The Toyota Way.
