The Crystal Ballroom

The Crystal Ballroom is a historic event venue in Hilbert, Wisconsin, available for weddings, receptions and a range of private celebrations. The building dates from 1928 and combines period character with practical spaces for gathering, dining and dancing. Tall windows, crystal chandeliers, a performance stage and a restored hardwood dance floor give the main ballroom a distinctive setting for both formal occasions and lively parties.

Couples can plan a ceremony outdoors or indoors, then continue with their reception at the same venue. Wedding facilities include a bridal suite and a separate space for the groom and wedding party to prepare. The venue also offers bar service, with bartenders handling the bar operation, and can arrange DJ and officiant services. Organisers can choose their own caterer, with local catering businesses suggested as options, so the event can be shaped around their preferences.

Beyond weddings, the ballroom is offered for birthdays, anniversaries, baby and bridal showers, retirement celebrations and other parties. Its event calendar also includes performances, craft fairs, vendor events and dance gatherings. The room’s stage and dance floor make it suitable for occasions where entertainment and dancing are part of the plan, while the historic interior provides a memorable backdrop for photography and social events. Located between the Fox Cities and Green Bay area, The Crystal gives organisers a flexible local venue for bringing guests together.
