The Ranch at Reese

The Ranch at Reese is a flexible event venue in Lubbock, Texas, for couples, businesses and people planning private celebrations. Its indoor rooms and outdoor areas suit weddings, receptions, corporate gatherings, meetings, picnics, reunions, concerts, banquets and parties. Organisers can choose a setting and format that fit their plans, from a large celebration in the Pure Country Party Barn to a more intimate gathering in the Texas Tech-themed banquet hall.

The venue offers two indoor buildings, an attached game room, an outdoor stage and theatre, and facilities for both single-day and multi-day bookings. The larger barn can host up to 350 guests, while the banquet room provides a smaller alternative. Outdoor space and performance areas give organisers options for ceremonies, entertainment and activities beyond the main room.

Practical provisions include private parking, tables, chairs, sound systems, televisions and a professional kitchen. Couples and organisers have flexibility over how they arrange their event, including bringing their own vendors, using suggested suppliers or handling more of the details themselves. Wedding guests can also make use of the venue’s bar area, with organisers able to supply alcoholic drinks. For parties and get-togethers, the venue describes options such as catered meals, buffets and food trucks, depending on the event’s plans.

Corporate organisers can enquire about meetings, retreats, showcases and picnics, with room arrangements and daytime, evening or multi-day use available. Rather than following a single fixed format, The Ranch at Reese invites planners to discuss their guest numbers, event style and requirements, then arrange a tour and ask about suitable options and pricing.
