Hidden Oaks Events

Set on a 43-acre ranch in Angleton, Hidden Oaks Events offers a country setting for weddings, receptions and a range of private and business gatherings. Oak trees, a pecan orchard, a pond and a working windmill give the grounds a distinctive rural character, with outdoor spaces available for ceremonies and photographs. Couples can also choose an indoor ceremony, so the venue can suit different plans and weather conditions.

The reception hall is complemented by a bridal suite and a separate groom lounge. Tables and chairs are included, and the venue provides a dance floor, warming kitchen, indoor and outdoor sound systems and an entry area for gifts or guest sign-in. The venue can host up to 282 guests, with all-day access running from 9am to midnight. A smaller package is available for events of up to 50 guests, and the property also offers a shorter format for memorials and celebrations of life.

Weddings are a central part of the offering, while other occasions include corporate meetings and dinners, company outings, showers, quinceañeras, birthday and holiday parties, award banquets, charity events and luncheons. A month-of coordinator and projector can be arranged as additional services. Organisers may use outside vendors, subject to the venue's licensing, insurance and approval requirements. Food must come from a licensed and insured caterer. Clients may bring their own alcohol, with service by the venue's bartenders and separately arranged security.
