Steinkirchnerstraße 27, 81475 München, Germany

MIA - Raum für Begegnung rents out a versatile venue in the Fürstenried district of Munich. The rooms are suitable for event planners, course leaders and groups looking for a place to hold seminars, workshops, talks, yoga classes, music activities or small celebrations. The venue is on the first floor and directly connected to Fürstenried West underground station.
A total of around 130 square metres is available. The facilities include a seminar and course area of around 65 square metres, an entrance area with a seating nook, a kitchenette and a separate lockable office that can be rented as an additional space by arrangement. The bright atmosphere, parquet flooring and views over a landscaped courtyard create a welcoming setting for learning and meeting together. Good acoustics also make the main room a great option for music events.
Seminars and courses can make use of chairs, tables, cushions, blankets, yoga mats, a projector, a screen, a flip chart and Wi-Fi. The kitchenette has basic equipment for preparing drinks and serving light refreshments. The room can be rented by the hour or by the day, including in the evenings and at weekends. Regular bookings can also be requested.
The room can be used for different group sizes and event formats. Additional seating can be provided if needed. There is a toilet on the premises, as well as an underground parking space. Important for planning: access is via a curved staircase and is not step-free. Dates and booking details can be arranged directly with MIA.
