Daviess County Lions Club Fair, Inc.

Daviess County Lions Club Fairgrounds offers Bittel Hall for private and business events in Philpot, Kentucky. The hall is suitable for birthday parties, wedding receptions, anniversaries and other gatherings, with capacity for up to 200 people. Tables and chairs are provided, and the venue includes a kitchen with appliances for organisers who need space to prepare or serve refreshments.

For presentations and entertainment, Bittel Hall has a PA system with a wireless microphone, an audio and video projector, and a 10-foot screen. High-speed wireless internet is also available, making the room practical for meetings, talks and community activities as well as celebrations. The hall has been renovated and is presented as a comfortable, modern setting for personal and business functions.

Organisers can check the venue calendar for availability and contact the reservations line to enquire about booking. The fairgrounds also host a varied programme of community activities and seasonal events, including the annual county fair and harvest festival. These public events feature fair attractions, exhibits, livestock shows, pageants, music, food and vendor booths. The grounds provide a venue for local organisations and event operators, while Bittel Hall offers a bookable indoor space for gatherings throughout the year.

The fair is run by the Daviess County Lions Club, which raises funds for charitable work, including support for eye care. Booking the hall therefore connects organisers with a community-run venue that supports both local events and the club's charitable activities.
