Muhlhauser Barn

Muhlhauser Barn is a historic venue in Beckett Park, West Chester, Ohio, available to rent for weddings, receptions, family reunions and other private celebrations. The restored barn has space for gatherings of up to 220 guests, with an open loft, a deck overlooking a fishing pond and a prep kitchen for arranging food and refreshments. A reservation also includes use of the nearby Moerlein Gazebo, which can provide a setting for a small ceremony or photographs.

The venue supplies tables and chairs for indoor use, along with a refrigerator and freezer, restrooms, Wi-Fi and ample nearby parking. Renters can bring their own catering, decorations and entertainment. Food must generally be prepared off site, while grilling is allowed in designated outdoor areas. The space is not staffed during events, so organisers manage their own set-up and event arrangements.

Muhlhauser Barn is a seasonal venue, typically available for bookings from 1 April to 15 November. Weekend reservations are for the full day, from 10am until midnight. The township also considers limited weekday use for corporate meetings and non-profit activities. The building does not have heating or air conditioning, so organisers should take the season and expected weather into account when planning. Available dates can be checked on the township's barn calendar, and in-person tours are arranged by appointment. With its historic timber interior, waterside deck and parkland surroundings, the barn offers organisers a distinctive setting for a relaxed celebration or wedding reception.
