Hippo Pferdeveranstaltungs gmbh
- Landshamer Straße 11, 81929 München, Germany
For competitions, the team can advise on dates, entries and permits, for example. Support can also include competition office services, contacting riders and planning the stable areas. For exhibitions, Hippo develops suitable space concepts, plans stands and pagodas, and arranges the exhibitors. Hall plans and visitor routes are tailored to the venue and the event's requirements. The company also supports clients in attracting exhibitors and sponsors and presenting them on site.
Further services include planning horse shows, finding suitable show acts, and preparing and delivering the programme. On infrastructure matters, Hippo supports organisers with traffic and safety plans, official requirements, utilities, admission and emergency exits, among other things. The team also offers support with social media communications before, during and after an event.
Pferd International München is among the agency's best-known projects. The experience gained there in competition planning, exhibition organisation and event operations shapes the agency's services. Hippo works with organisers looking for support with equestrian events and can take on individual tasks or several areas of planning and delivery, depending on their needs.
