In the heart of Orléans' historic centre, Empreinte Galerie offers event organisers a flexible event space for welcoming groups in an elegant, intimate setting. Located within Empreinte Hôtel, the gallery is suited to a range of professional and private events, from board meetings and seminars to product launches, showroom presentations, exhibitions and drinks receptions. Its layout can be adapted to suit the event and the atmosphere you want to create.
The space has equipment for presentations and working sessions, including a screen, a flip chart, Wi-Fi access and an internet connection. Meeting supplies and water are also provided. The hotel team can discuss organisers' requirements and prepare a tailored proposal to help make arrangements for the event. Depending on the format, participants can also enjoy other areas of the hotel, such as the lounge bar or terrace.
