The Social 734

The Social 734 is a privately bookable event space in Westland, Michigan, designed for organisers who want a welcoming setting for a gathering of up to 100 guests. The 3,000-square-foot venue suits a range of occasions, including birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, wedding celebrations, graduation parties, charity events and corporate gatherings.

The space is furnished with handmade farmhouse tables and chairs, and features a moss photo wall that can provide a ready-made backdrop for pictures or event styling. Its modern, intimate feel offers a middle ground between hosting at home and hiring a larger public venue. Organisers can add their own decorations and make the room their own, with responsibility for setting up and clearing away decor.

Bookings are available for different parts of the day, by the hour on selected rates, or for a full day. The venue also advertises optional morning and evening packages that may include a custom balloon garland, a champagne cart or display wall with plastic flutes, and a wooden easel. Food and drinks, including alcohol, are brought in by the organiser. The venue does not provide catering, though it can share a list of vendors, and its kitchenette offers cold-food and drink storage along with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot and ice maker. Free parking is available on site.

To reserve a date, organisers enquire through the website, pay a deposit and sign a rental agreement. Rates and package availability vary, so event planners can contact the team to discuss their dates and requirements before booking.
