Concepts Event Studio

Concepts Event Studio is a flexible, 2,000-square-foot venue on Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn, available to hire for private celebrations, business gatherings and creative events. Its open, minimalist setting gives event planners room to shape the space around their own theme, layout and guest experience. The venue is promoted for occasions including birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, graduations, corporate events, product launches, pop-up shops, art displays and photo shoots.

The space comes with practical event facilities, including a DJ sound system, colour-changing lights, high-speed internet, a screen, tables, chairs and two movable bars. The venue also lists chafing racks and coolers among its available equipment. Organisers can enquire about different booking options, from hourly hire to packages, and can arrange a tour before deciding whether the space suits their plans. A photo booth and a 360-degree photo booth are offered as additional rentals.

For planners who need extra support, the studio can connect clients with services such as decoration, photography, videography, DJs, security and bartenders. The space is also suitable for events where organisers bring in their own suppliers and catering. Its location has public transport links and nearby parking options, which can help with guest access and event-day logistics. Concepts Event Studio provides a versatile Brooklyn setting for organisers seeking a blank canvas with useful equipment already on site.
