In the middle off the iconic NDSM Wharf, you’ll find IJver Amsterdam. Surrounded by art, culture and a rich history, IJver is a unique place to relax, meet and enjoy good food and drinks together. Located in the historic, 100-year-old NDSM-Loods, our warm and industrial café-restaurant is a characterful setting for both informal and business gatherings. From business lunches, meetings and drinks to group dinners, private dining and other events, the combination of different spaces and indoor and outdoor terraces offers plenty of possibilities.

Restaurant

IJver’s menu combines traditional flavours with fresh ideas. Beer plays an important role at IJver, not only on our drinks menu but also in the kitchen. Our regular menu offers something for everyone, with a selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. We also serve delicious bites to share, an extensive selection of beers and a carefully selected wine list.

For larger groups can choose from different arrangements, ranging from lunch and drinks to walking dinners and group menus. Depending on the size and type of gathering, we are happy to help find the most suitable space and setup.

NDSM-Loods

The 100-year-old NDSM-Loods provides a unique backdrop for any gathering. Once a place where huge tankers were built, the former shipyard is now a vibrant destination where art, culture and events come together. The industrial character of the loods and its location in the heart of the NDSM Wharf give every business gathering at IJver a distinctive setting.

There is plenty of space outdoors as well. Our covered and heated indoor-outdoor terrace can be enjoyed throughout the year, while on sunny days our spacious terrace is the perfect place to gather among the impressive street art and graffiti the NDSM Wharf is known for.
