The Benassay community hall is a local venue available to hire for events in Boivre-la-Vallée. It can accommodate up to 250 people, making it an option for large gatherings as well as local parties and get-togethers. The municipality makes it available to individuals, associations and businesses, subject to availability and the booking terms in force.

The hall may be suitable for family celebrations, meals, association meetings, and cultural or sporting events. Organisers can contact the town hall to ask about available dates, access conditions, prices and practical arrangements for their event. To book, applicants must contact the municipal services, which will provide the relevant information and forms to complete.

Municipal rates vary in particular according to the time of year and the applicant's status. Specific conditions apply to local associations, businesses and people who live outside the municipality. A visit to the venue and the handover of the keys are arranged before the event, along with the formalities required by the town hall. As conditions and availability may change, it is best to confirm them directly with the municipality when planning your event.
