First Financial Pavilion

First Financial Pavilion is a large, flexible event venue on the San Angelo fairgrounds, available to organisers planning celebrations, business functions and public events. Its 20,000 sq ft indoor space can be arranged for weddings, receptions, quinceañeras, company parties, banquets, dinners, dances, fundraisers and fairs. It also accommodates trade and consumer shows, including arts and crafts, automotive, and gun and knife events.

The pavilion is climate-controlled and smoke-free, giving organisers an indoor setting for events throughout the year. Its stated occupancy is up to 1,320 people. Seating can be arranged for as many as 1,000 guests using rectangular tables, or 700 with round tables. The venue has folding tables and metal folding chairs, along with a portable stage and seven portable bleachers, each seating 50 people. For exhibitions and vendor events, organisers can make use of 98 booths measuring 10 by 10 feet.

A snack bar and kitchen are on site, and the grounds provide more than 2,000 parking spaces. RV facilities are also available nearby, including ten full hook-ups behind the pavilion, with additional hook-ups elsewhere on the fairgrounds. The venue is part of a larger complex operated by the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Association, which offers other rentable facilities for different event formats. Organisers can contact the association to discuss availability and pricing for the pavilion and plan a layout suited to their guest numbers and event requirements.
