Espace 18

Av. Paul Poncelet 18, 6870 Saint-Hubert, Belgium

Espace 18 rents out a welcoming space in Saint-Hubert for meetings, conferences and small gatherings. The room can accommodate groups of up to around 40 people and is set up for both work sessions and informal get-togethers with family or friends. Organisers can use it for a meeting, training session, workshop or reception where a homely atmosphere is desired.
The space has equipment for professional presentations and meetings. It has internet access and facilities for displaying images, so participants can view presentations or other visual content together. There is also a kitchen, which is useful for a break or for a gathering with a more informal feel. The venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has adapted toilet facilities. Young children have also been catered for.
Espace 18 can provide a coffee service for receptions and breaks. Sandwiches are available for lunch. The arrangements are tailored to the organiser's needs, so practical support can be agreed in advance. The hire price depends on how long the space is used, with packages starting at three hours. Cleaning is subject to a separate surcharge.
The space is particularly suitable for gatherings centred on conversation, presentations and a pleasant welcome. As the neighbours live nearby, noisy activities such as balls and events with amplified music are not permitted. This helps organisers know in advance which types of gatherings are suitable for the venue.
