MODEON is a municipal venue in Marktoberdorf, offering organisers a range of spaces for cultural events, meetings, conferences and exhibitions. At its heart is a large hall with a stage, which can be set up with rows of chairs or tables, depending on the occasion. With theatre-style seating, it can accommodate up to 803 people. There are also smaller conference rooms for events with around 30 to 120 attendees.

The spaces are suitable for a wide range of formats, including panel discussions, regional conferences, assemblies, corporate events and exhibitions. The outdoor grounds can also be incorporated into event plans. Together with the building, the site offers space for a variety of setups, from a focused meeting to a larger trade fair.

Technical equipment and stage facilities are an important part of what the venue offers organisers. The venue has lighting and sound equipment, an orchestra pit and a stage with direct access for deliveries. The layout and seating can be adapted to suit the requirements of each event. The property management department of the City of Marktoberdorf can help with planning and choosing suitable ways to use the venue.

MODEON is also an established venue for theatre, concerts and other cultural events. The on-site catering can complement use of the venue. With parking available and its location in the Ostallgäu region, the venue is an appealing choice for both local and regional events. Organisers can contact the venue directly to ask about availability, terms and conditions, and suitable spaces for their event.
