Nestled in the heart of Brabant's countryside, an hour's drive from Antwerp and 1.5 hours from Brussels, you'll find the 14-hectare De Ruwenberg estate. De Ruwenberg is the largest meeting hotel in the 's-Hertogenbosch region, offering a total of 40 plenary and breakout rooms, all with large windows and views of the park and tranquil nature. The rooms are state-of-the-art in terms of technology.
With 40 meeting rooms, De Ruwenberg offers space for all types of gatherings, such as hybrid events , meetings, training sessions, and product presentations. The meeting rooms are spread across four wings, each with its own lounge and terrace, and are accessible via spacious, wide corridors. It is possible to reserve a section of De Ruwenberg exclusively. For hybrid events, De Ruwenberg collaborates with a partner specializing in audiovisual solutions. Various configurations are possible; participants can attend partly in person and partly online. Meeting rooms can be connected via streaming. Cameras are positioned from various angles, and studio lighting, image control, and AV specialists are available.
We offer customized meeting packages tailored to your wishes and needs. We are also happy to help you organize group activities , such as golf clinics, sheep herding, boat trips, and fencing.

Our hotel guests have the option to skip their room cleaning for one day during a multi-day stay, which means that one tree will be planted by Hotels for Trees. You can do this very easily by simply hanging up the green Hotel for Trees door hanger. The trees are then planted at home and abroad in various afforestation projects.

A meeting has now been organized at De Ruwenberg twice. Nicely requested both times. Hall can be converted without any problems and are also flexible in case of last minute changes.

Inmiddels 2x een bijeenkomst georganiseerd bij De Ruwenberg. Beide keren keurig verzocht. Zaal wordt zonder problemen omgebouwd en zijn ook flexibel bij veranderingen op het laatste moment.
