De Portier is a venue by the harbour in Alblasserdam for organisers looking for a place to hold a private event. The space is suitable for parties and celebrations, as well as dinners, receptions, meetings and training sessions. Its informal atmosphere makes it a good choice for family occasions and gatherings with colleagues, clients or business contacts.
Wireless internet, a smart TV and a flip chart are among the facilities available for meetings and training sessions. The room layout can be agreed in consultation. Organisers can hire a room for part of a day or for a longer event, and can add a meeting package with coffee, tea and a treat if they wish.
There are various packages with snacks and drinks for parties and receptions. Options include drinks boards, small appetisers, snacks and a drinks package. There are also options for dinner, a buffet, a walking dinner, lunch or an informal street food meal. Kookgemak takes care of the catering and is happy to discuss requests that differ from the examples in the sample menu.
The venue is therefore a practical choice for anyone who wants to combine space and catering in one place. De Portier works on request, so organisers can get in touch to discuss availability, the preferred layout and the arrangements for their event. Packages for larger groups have a minimum number of participants, depending on the concept chosen.
