In Cossé-le-Vivien, in Mayenne, Maison de Julise offers a countryside reception venue for organisers who want to bring their guests together in a peaceful setting. The room can accommodate up to 90 people seated. It is well suited to weddings, birthdays, christenings and family gatherings, as well as seminars, conferences and business meals.
The hire includes the reception room, a fully equipped kitchen, tables and chairs. The outdoor spaces let guests enjoy the countryside setting and host activities in the open air. A marquee, a pétanque court and a games room complete the facilities. Parking is available on site, making it easier to welcome guests.
For events that run late, five bedrooms provide up to 19 beds. Participants can therefore stay at the venue after the reception without having to drive home that same evening. The house is equally suitable for a day of meetings or a celebration held over several days. Flexible hours and the option to hire the spaces for a weekend give organisers greater freedom to plan their programme.
Maison de Julise therefore brings together a reception room, accommodation and spaces to relax on the same property. This setup may suit couples looking for a wedding venue with accommodation, families planning a private celebration or professionals who want to bring their teams together in a peaceful environment. Capacity, facilities and hire arrangements can be discussed directly with the venue to suit the planned event.
