Stadthalle Gotha

Schützenplatz 1, 99867 Gotha, Germany

Stadthalle Gotha is a historic venue for concerts, shows, conferences, talks, receptions and celebrations. The building was erected in 1824 as a shooting house and today offers a traditional setting with modern lighting, sound and media technology. Depending on the occasion and seating layout, it can accommodate up to 1,100 guests.

Events can be held in a large hall, a small hall, a foyer, a tier, a bar and a meeting room. Seating can be adapted to suit different formats, including theatre, banquet and parliamentary layouts, as well as standing arrangements. The stage covers 120 square metres. Technical facilities include lighting and sound equipment, an electro-acoustic system and a mobile screen. Backstage, there are artists' dressing rooms, washrooms with showers and a catering room.

Organisers can enquire about spaces from KulTourStadt Gotha GmbH and receive support in bringing their plans to life. Technical staff can be provided as needed, along with an on-the-day box office, cloakroom and guest admission service. Catering, ticket reservations and sales, as well as advice on promoting the event, are also available. The venue is suitable for public and private events, corporate occasions, club celebrations, product presentations and cultural programmes. The range of rooms and seating options makes it possible to tailor the space to the size and nature of each event.
