Schützenhaus Leisnig

Schützenhaus Leisnig rents out event spaces for weddings, private celebrations and business occasions in Mittelsachsen. At its heart is a historic ballroom with parquet flooring, a gallery, a stage and a bar. At around 500 square metres, it offers space for large gatherings, such as weddings, school-leaving celebrations or company parties. Depending on the seating layout, events can accommodate up to 500 guests, with up to 150 seats available for a seated meal.

Smaller groups can use a bright foyer and an event room on the ground floor that is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The ground-floor room covers around 200 square metres and is suitable for celebrations with up to 100 people. The foyer can accommodate smaller gatherings of up to 50 guests. The garden, which has an open-air stage, can also be used, for example for a reception or outdoor activities.

Organisers can arrange the rooms to suit their needs and bring in their own service providers by prior agreement. Those who would like support can enquire about options such as a buffet or barbecue, lighting and sound equipment, decorations and music. For weddings, there is both a flexible option with service providers chosen by the couple and a package that includes a reception, buffet, drinks and service staff.

The venue also includes a guesthouse with guest rooms and holiday apartments. This means guests can stay overnight on site after the celebration. Parking is available directly at the venue. Thanks to its location close to the A14 motorway and Leisnig railway station, the venue is accessible from the Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz region.
