L'Appartement KZN offers businesses a meeting room in the heart of Nice, on Avenue Jean Médecin. The space is suitable for team meetings, training sessions, workshops, seminars, management meetings and collaborative working sessions. Capacity varies according to the layout: up to 12 people in a U-shape, conference or classroom layout, and up to 20 in a theatre-style layout.

The main room provides a contemporary setting, with carefully chosen decor, plenty of natural light and a ceiling height of 3.50 metres. A lounge area with a kitchen gives participants somewhere to take a break. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection help make working days comfortable. For presentations, the venue has a 4K screen, wireless Apple TV connectivity, a soundbar and a whiteboard or flipchart.

The room can be hired for a half-day or a full day. Coffee and tea are available without limit, and options such as breakfast or a gourmet break can be added. Assistance is available on request to help set up equipment or organise practical requirements for the day.

Located in the city centre, the space is close to the tram, public car parks and the railway station. Its location makes it easy for participants to get there and offers small business groups an alternative to traditional meeting rooms. Organisers can request a quote tailored to their format and requirements.
