Green Glens Arena

Green Glens Arena is a long-established event and equestrian venue in Millstreet, County Cork. Since opening in 1973, the family-run site has hosted international horse competitions alongside concerts, conventions, agricultural shows and other large public events. Organisers considering a non-equestrian event can enquire directly about using the venue.

The complex is particularly well suited to equestrian sport, with outdoor all-weather jumping and warm-up arenas, three indoor arenas, extensive stabling and a cross-country course at nearby Drishane Castle. Its facilities also support the practical needs of competitors and visiting teams, including parking for horseboxes and pitches for caravans and motor homes.

For trade exhibitors, Green Glens offers indoor and outdoor display areas, including a trade hall and spaces beside the international arena. This makes it possible to bring commercial stands and product displays into the setting of a major sporting event. The venue also welcomes sponsorship partnerships, with opportunities such as arena signage, fence sponsorship and hospitality.

Its long record of hosting international championships and events gives organisers an experienced setting for large-scale gatherings. Whether planning an equestrian competition, an exhibition or another event suited to an arena environment, organisers can contact the venue team to discuss requirements and availability. Green Glens Arena combines purpose-built sporting facilities with the flexibility to host a broader programme of events in the heart of County Cork.
