La Chênaie du Courneau is a community hall available to hire in Canéjan, in Gironde. It hosts family celebrations, business meetings and community gatherings. Its flexible layout can be adapted to the size and format of the event: a movable partition divides the main hall into two sections, which can be hired together or separately.
The entire hall can accommodate up to 120 people. It offers 198 m² of usable floor space within a total area of 286 m². Tables and chairs are available on site, along with a kitchen equipped with electric hobs and two ovens. Each half of the hall also has a fridge and a freezer. Power sockets and TV sockets complete the facilities. One section of the hall has toilets accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A large car park makes it easy for guests to arrive and for gatherings with many participants to be organised. The venue is close to a motorway exit, making it accessible from the surrounding towns. It may suit organisers looking for a standalone venue to bring together family, colleagues or members of an association, with the option to hire either half of the hall or the whole building.
Bookings are managed by the dedicated municipal department. You need to contact it at least one month before your preferred date to check availability and find out about the hire arrangements. The municipality offers preferential rates subject to certain residency and family relationship requirements.
