Nouvelle Trace supports businesses and teams with active seminars, training courses and guided walking experiences. Philippe Baran leads the business, combining coaching, collective intelligence facilitation and hiking to offer formats that break away from the usual meeting room setting.
Team walking is for organisations that want to engage their employees, build trust and encourage richer exchanges within the group. Programmes are tailor-made to match the team's objectives and can take the form of a seminar in the great outdoors. Walking, time for reflection and group activities create an ideal setting for gaining perspective, creativity and in-depth conversations.
Nouvelle Trace also offers training for businesses on topics such as management, leadership, agility, public speaking and emotional intelligence. For professionals who support others, training courses provide methods and tools for incorporating walking into their practice. Introductory workshops and walking trips in small groups round out the offering, particularly around Lyon and along hiking trails in France.
For corporate event planners, Nouvelle Trace can therefore provide a team programme focused on cohesion and shared experience, rather than just a leisure activity. Formats are tailored to the group and its stated objectives, with an approach that combines movement, nature, listening and cooperation.
