Karben Design Academy rents out versatile rooms in Karben for private celebrations and business events. In the stylishly designed villa, event planners can book individual rooms or the entire venue. The options range from birthdays, family celebrations and summer parties to company anniversaries, team off-sites, workshops, seminars and meetings. Civil wedding ceremonies are also possible: the Academy is an official wedding venue for the city of Karben and offers various indoor and outdoor areas for the ceremony and the celebration afterwards.

The rooms can be combined to suit the occasion. A Foyer is ideal for a reception and get-together, while Studio and Atelier are set up for smaller meetings, seminars and creative workshops. For celebrations, a Club with a Pub, bar, dance floor, lighting and sound equipment is available. The terrace and outdoor area offer further options for receptions, breaks and outdoor events. The rooms can be furnished flexibly and are equipped with conference technology, Wi-Fi and presentation facilities.

The venue gives event planners plenty of scope to shape their event: guests are welcome to bring their own drinks without a corkage fee, and caterers and other service providers can be chosen freely or requested. An event management team can help with preparation and coordination if required. Additional services such as service staff, drinks packages, videography and a 360-degree video booth can also be booked. Final cleaning and free parking are included depending on the rental package. Thanks to its proximity to Frankfurt and good public transport connections, the Academy is suitable for guests from across the Rhine-Main region.
