Stadthalle Hallenberg

Bangenstraße 16, 59969 Hallenberg, Germany

Stadthalle Hallenberg is an event hall available for hire for private celebrations and business events in Hallenberg. The large hall can accommodate up to 500 people at a standing event. For theatre-style seating, 210 seats are available. This makes the hall suitable for celebrations, receptions and events with a stage programme, where different seating arrangements may be needed depending on the format.

The available facilities also include a foyer with a serving area, a kitchen with a preparation room, a stage and an artists' dressing room. Toilet facilities and a cloakroom complete the spaces. The kitchen is available for use with the crockery, cutlery, other accessories and electrical appliances provided. Tables and seating are also included, allowing event planners to take the basic room set-up into account when planning.

The town of Hallenberg hires out the large event space together with the foyer and kitchen. Different rates apply to business and private hire. Standard services and ancillary costs, such as water, waste disposal, use of the tables and seating, and the services of the caretaker, are included under the applicable regulations. Electricity and heating are charged according to consumption. The hirer is responsible for the final cleaning or can arrange for a service provider commissioned by the town to do it at their own expense.

Stadthalle is a practical option for event planners looking for a spacious hall with additional rooms and a stage. Hire arrangements and coordination are handled by the town of Hallenberg. This allows interested parties to check in advance which rooms and facilities they will need for their event day.
