The Wynn House

The Wynn House is a historic venue in Columbus, Georgia, available for weddings, receptions and a range of private and corporate gatherings. Built in 1839, the house combines period character with practical spaces for hosting guests, including elegant parlours, a dining room and a garden with brick paths and a fountain. Organisers can choose indoor, outdoor or combined settings to suit the occasion and the style of their event.

The venue welcomes couples planning ceremonies and receptions, as well as organisers arranging rehearsal dinners, showers, luncheons, birthday celebrations, tea parties, family reunions, fundraising events and business functions. Its garden can provide a setting for an outdoor ceremony or drinks reception, while the house's rooms suit smaller gatherings and seated meals. A bridal suite is available for wedding preparations.

Booking packages can include venue access, event staff and food service, with menus tailored to the gathering. Wedding arrangements may also include tables, chairs, linens, tableware and time for a rehearsal. The team can assist with planning details and share recommendations for additional event suppliers, such as florists, photographers and lighting providers. Annual membership is required to book, with different membership options for personal and business use. This historic house offers event planners a distinctive setting, flexible spaces and support for bringing a celebration or meeting together.
