Splendor Pond Flower Farm

Set across 35 acres of countryside in Mooresville, North Carolina, Splendor Pond Flower Farm offers indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate retreats, private parties and other special gatherings. The property brings together a flower farm, a pond of nearly seven acres, gardens and a 6,000-square-foot event hall, giving organisers several distinct settings to consider for their occasion.

Couples can choose from four private ceremony areas, including a waterfront location, garden settings and secluded woodland spots. For receptions and indoor celebrations, the hall seats up to 200 guests and can also accommodate larger cocktail-style events. Its facilities include a bar, a prep kitchen, a covered outdoor area, guest bathrooms and a bridal suite. Tables and chairs are provided, and an installed sound system supports event use. Terraces and other outdoor areas offer space for drinks and time together between parts of the programme.

The venue also offers cabins on the grounds, including accommodation available as part of a full-day wedding rental. The property’s pond, flower gardens and landscaped grounds provide natural backdrops for photographs, and photography sessions can be arranged by enquiry. Couples planning a proposal can also ask about dedicated packages. A preferred vendor list helps organisers explore dining options, with the possibility of using an outside caterer subject to a fee.

The team works with organisers on practical details such as room layout, ceremony location and chair arrangements before the event. The venue is close to Davidson and within reach of Charlotte, with access to major roads. Its combination of event space, outdoor scenery and on-site accommodation makes it suitable for celebrations that benefit from a setting where guests can gather and stay close to the occasion.
