Beythem Kerke is a community hall in Beitem, Roeselare, where associations, private individuals and businesses can hire rooms for a wide range of events. The venue has two multi-purpose rooms in a former church. The smaller room can accommodate up to 80 people standing. The large room can accommodate up to 450 people standing. Hiring both rooms gives you a total capacity of up to 530 people standing. The small room is included when you hire the large room.

The rooms can be used for meetings, parties and other events. The hire includes an entrance area, a bar, toilets, a kitchen for heating food and a terrace. Hiring the entire venue also gives you access to the mezzanine. The kitchen is equipped for heating and preparing simple dishes, but plates and cutlery are not provided. Drinks must be purchased through the venue, and glasses are available.

Tables, chairs and bar stools are available for setting up the space. There is also a sound system with a microphone, mood lighting and dimmable lighting. Each room and the terrace have an industrial power socket. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has accessible sanitary facilities.

Organisers can check availability and submit a booking request via the hire page. The hall is run in partnership with Stad Roeselare and managed by a non-profit organisation. Beythem Kerke therefore offers a flexible space for both smaller gatherings and larger events in the Roeselare area.
