Trefcentrum Aldenghoor is a venue in Haelen with eight rooms for gatherings of various sizes. Depending on the room and layout chosen, it can accommodate groups of around 20 to 450 people. This makes it suitable for organisers of both small meetings and larger celebrations, presentations or club activities.
The rooms vary in atmosphere and what they can be used for. Some are suitable for courses, workshops and small group discussions, while the larger rooms can host celebrations and gatherings with more guests. The Aldenghoorzaal has a stage and can be combined with the Barzaal. The conservatory and café can also be reserved for private events by arrangement. This allows organisers to choose a suitable room for their programme and group size.
As well as room hire, Trefcentrum Aldenghoor provides catering. Options include dinners, lunches, coffee receptions and afternoon tea. The catering can be tailored to the organiser's wishes, with a bespoke proposal. This makes the venue suitable for gatherings where guests also want to eat together or chat afterwards.
The centre is located on Kasteellaan in Haelen, next to the historic Kasteel Aldenghoor. The rooms are used for celebrations, meetings, presentations and activities organised by clubs and associations, among other things. For event planners, the venue offers a combination of different room sizes, a café space and catering options at one address. The preferred room, catering and practical arrangements can be discussed with the centre in advance.
