AP mediacenter - Zaal Toon

Nijlensesteenweg 31, 2560 Nijlen, Belgium

AP mediacenter - Zaal Toon is a multi-purpose venue in Bevel, a district of Nijlen, for organisers looking for a room with technical facilities and tailored support. The space is suitable for business meetings, presentations, training courses and corporate events. The layout can be adapted to the programme, with help available for visuals, sound and other practical requirements. Hybrid meetings are also possible, allowing guests to take part both in person and online.

For webinars and podcasts, the mediacenter offers a control room and the option to set up a customised backdrop. The team can manage production from the venue, with a broadcast for remote viewers. This makes the room suitable for organisers who want to record their programme or stream it live online.

The room can also be set up for smaller celebrations, such as a baby shower or anniversary. For intimate cultural events, it can host concerts, talks, try-outs and rehearsals. The venue accommodates up to 120 guests and can provide support with lighting and sound. There is also space for funeral services and post-funeral gatherings, with technical assistance and a layout suited to a personal farewell.

Guests can use the venue's own car park, which has space for around 60 cars. The venue is close to the E313 and about 3.5 kilometres from Nijlen station. Organisers can arrange an appointment in advance to discuss the possibilities at Zaal Toon and view the space.
