Surf City Farm

Surf City Farm offers a rustic barn venue in Hampstead, North Carolina, for private celebrations and small to mid-sized gatherings. Organisers can enquire about weddings, vow renewals, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers, graduations, retirement celebrations, meetings and other special occasions. The venue is available by appointment, with tours arranged directly with the team.

The heated and air-conditioned barn has around 1,600 square feet of event space, open rafters and a relaxed farm setting. It can seat up to 64 guests at tables, with the suitable layout depending on whether the event includes a dance floor, band or bar. The rental also gives guests access to the grounds and a covered back porch, providing options for an outdoor gathering or wedding ceremony as well as an indoor event. Parking is available on site for up to 50 cars, subject to the venue's parking arrangements.

Included equipment and facilities are designed to help organisers plan the practical details. These include tables and chairs, cake and gift tables, a buffet counter, a kitchen for warming and washing, serving trays and utensils, ice wells, a commercial coffee maker and two restrooms, one of which is accessible. Some small wedding decorations and a balloon arch frame are also available. Couples and organisers can bring in outside suppliers, while the venue recommends using an event planner or coordinator for larger occasions. Surf City Farm works with organisers to discuss the space, booking requirements and event needs during a tour.
