908 Special Events

908 Special Events is a bookable venue in Conyers, Georgia, offering spaces for weddings, private celebrations and business events. Its rooms can be arranged for occasions ranging from birthday parties, reunions and anniversaries to receptions, fundraising events, meetings, team-building sessions and company gatherings. The venue also welcomes product launches and filming projects.

Several spaces are available, including a ballroom, the Venetian Room, a VIP lounge, a mezzanine and a boardroom. The bridal suite and green room give wedding parties a private place to prepare. The venue states that it can seat up to 180 guests indoors, with larger numbers possible for less formal layouts. Tables, chairs and basic tablecloths are included with some bookings, and the team handles their set-up and breakdown. A stage, DJ booth, projector, screen and other audiovisual options are available, with some equipment offered as an additional package.

Couples can enquire about holding both a ceremony and reception at the venue. Outdoor ceremony and reception options are also available through arrangements with nearby Olde Town Conyers locations. For food, organisers can discuss customised in-house catering or, subject to approval and additional fees, use a licensed outside caterer. Meeting refreshments, themed decorations and other upgrades can also be discussed when planning a booking.

The venue works with event planners and assigns a coordinator to liaise on venue details and oversee arrangements during the event. Located near I-20 in historic Olde Town Conyers, 908 Special Events offers a range of room styles and event options for organisers looking for a dedicated local function space.
