Elite9 Events

Elite9 Events offers a distinctive rural setting for weddings, business functions and private celebrations on a 13-acre farm in Marvin, serving the South Charlotte area. The property combines open countryside with a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces, giving event planners options for gatherings of different sizes and styles.

The outdoor arena can host events for up to 500 guests and is suited to larger weddings, company celebrations and festive occasions. For smaller events, the barn provides a more intimate indoor setting for workshops, gatherings and celebrations. The farmhouse has four bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight people, making it useful for overnight stays or as part of a small gathering.

The grounds also include three sand volleyball courts and a round pen horse-riding area. These facilities offer possibilities for adding informal activities to a corporate retreat, team event or social occasion. The venue promotes weddings, corporate events, conferences, team-building activities, birthdays, baby showers and holiday parties, and its staff can discuss arrangements tailored to the occasion.

For event planners, the farm's mix of indoor space, open-air capacity and accommodation provides flexibility when shaping an event programme. Organisers can arrange a tour and speak with the team about their plans, preferred spaces and practical requirements. The property is a venue rather than a catering supplier, so planners should confirm food, equipment and other supplier arrangements directly when enquiring.
